I have always had a passion for art and design. It started at a very young age and led to my pursuing formal training at OCAD University in Toronto Canada immediately following high school.

That training has allowed me to explore a wide range of creative pursuits over the years such as textiles, fashion, event and interior design. Recently, I have been creating jewelry and home accessories made from recycled materials.

This allows me to artistically explore form and shape through the process of papiermache, using the scrap from modern day life which is mixed with other materials; formed by hand into various shapes and dried. Each piece is meticulously hand painted and embellished, resulting in unique and authentic beauty.

Browsing our beautiful coastline for materials to create these one-of-akind distinctive pieces of art provides relaxation and gives me joy. Additionally, I am very proud that I am able to contribute, (in a small way), to saving the environment through the process of recycling.
